*Release Schedule Update*
Dear customers,
Thank you very much for your patience for waiting for the recent pre-orders. Due to creating premiums from different factories, our producer faces many extreme situations leading to delay in productions. Good news is that some of the factories are back to work and we are getting more information for the upcoming releases.
1. Matrix Resurrections Pre-order
Because remaining pre-orders are becoming under control with the schedule, we've decided to begin the pre-order for the Matrix Resurrections this month. Pre-order is May 27th and more information will be posted soon.
2. The Batman Pre-order
We expect the pre-order to be Mid-June.
3. Dune Singles and OC
Singles are scheduled for delivery this week and we will begin ship them out soon. OC is delayed due to the factories' shutdown. We don't have a clear schedule yet but we expect to ship it within June. We apologize to all OC customers but we expect great quality products for this release.
4. Prestige Singles and OC
Singles and OC are expected to be delivered at the end of the month and shipment schedule will not be affected. Because this release does not have a premium, there is less trouble with the production schedule.
5. ZSJL Motherbox
The factory will resume working but since this is a high end product which requires craftmanship from masters, production level is not at normal level due to some masters and workers are not all available to work. We are going to share some production products to our customers very soon. We also don't have a clear schedule but we wish that this can be shipped soon.

Production updates with ZSJL Motherboxes and Dune OC.

1. ZSJL Motherboxes
We are still in production with the master factory and we know everyone is very exhausted from the wait. We've been working on this project since last year November and we also can't believe that we are still working on this. This was our first product that required more than printing and we have definitely underestimated the process so it's taking much longer than our usual delays.
At the moment, we are checking the final products and we want to amend the colors a bit more to add extra details to the boxes. The amendment process is taking a long time and longer than what we expected. Unlike printing, these things will take month or two just to change a few things. These boxes are expected to arrive in the first week of August and we hope to keep the schedule this time.

2. Dune OC
Everything is done with the Dune except for the Ring. Similar to the problem we are having the motherboxes, these things take really long time to fix the problem. Again, we are chasing factories to push the production but doing multiple production samples still have problems in the final product. We are again amending some of the problems we find with the ring and hope to finish them in August as well and the expected delivery day is the end of August.
We sincerely apologise to all our customer waiting for the products and we already have notified our retailers for this problem. In the future, we will try to work with more room for amendments for these premiums.

Pre-order & Release updates
- No pre-orders in July because of many pending releases.
- ZSJL Motherboxes will begin shipping in the 2nd week of August. Shipping invoice will be sent from next week.
- Dune OC will be delayed to late August because of remaking materials. Our distributor is not satisfied with the final outcome and the process will take at least 1.5 month.
- Matrix 4 Singles will begin shipping according to the schedule but OC may delay 2 weeks because cat production is taking longer than expected.
We apologise for the delay of shipments.

[Release Shipping updates]
Dear customers,
We apologize for the delays with the recent releases. Due to the supply issue from our distributor, many materials got delayed and we are still waiting for them to be finished and delivered to us.
We have a rough schedule for these releases.
1. Dune OC
Dune OC will be shipped in the first week of September but due to the quality issue of the premium Ring, it needs to be remade again and the premium set will be shipped separately. Separate shipment for the premium will be paid by us. OC will be shipped first and we will send out the premiums in a separate shipment as soon as possible.

We've received the latest update with the delivery schedule for the remaining releases and the new ones.
1. ZSJL Mother boxes - Late September - Early October (Base on the packing speed).

5. 2001 Space Odyssey Pre-order - Late October
