This is NOVA MEDIA.
We would like to thank our customers for the love that you showed for NOVA MEDIA and our products this year.
Although it was a hard year due to the virus, we hope that all of these difficulties will be resolved and only happieness to be in 2021.
We have a some news to share as we end the year of 2020.
As NOVA MEDIA's first pre-order of 2021, we are preparing the double pack of <The Bride With White Hair 1 and 2>.
There would be full slip and lenticular slip. The preorder will be held in mid-January and the announcement will be made in early January.
The next steelbook we're working on are <1917>, <Dark Waters> and <Apocalypse Now: Final Cut> in collaboration with Ive.
The art work of <1917> has been approved, so the pre-order is expected to be not to late.
Apart from the mentioned titles, there are other titles that are being prepared too!
We will share more details next year.
For today we would like to wrap up with short new year's greeting.

Nova Media Launching Plan Information
Dear customers,
Here's a quick guide to the upcoming launch of Nova Media.
- NOVA EXCULSIVE 030 <Dark Waters> schedule.
The pre-order for NOVA EXCULSIVE 030 <Dark Waters> that we announced with <1917> will be held around mid-April.
Steelbook production and disc inspection are under way, and we will notify you of the exact release date later.
- <1917> Plain Edition and 4K+BD Composite Pack to be released
Due to the interest of many people, NOVA EXSCULSIVE 029 <1917> was quickly sold out.
Plain edition and 4K+BD combined packs will be released, and design confirmation has been completed and 4K UHD diskc are being inspected.
We are aiming for pre-order and release in very near future. After checking the final product, we will notify you of the exact release date.
- Regarding the remastering works of director Wong Kar-wai.
We know many people are waiting for director Wong Kar-wai's remastering works. For those of you who are curious, here is the approximate launch plan.
Director Wong Kar-wai's remastering works will be released individually, and the first one will be "In the Mood for Love" Also, it will be released as an exclusive steelbook.
Currently, it is under design confirmation, and future remastering works by Wong Kar-wai's, such as Happy Together and Fallen Angles will be released as exclusive steel books.
When it comes to disc configuration, we've produced Blu-ray discs and UHD discs (including HDR), and there's little difference in quality, so we're going to make it a exclusive steelbook of remastered Blu-ray (1 disc) versions.
(We will announce the quality comparison video later.)
Regarding other package specifications, we will notify you when internal results such as design confirmation are completed.

Starting 2021 with <1917>, we would like to express our infinite gratitude for loving the exclusive steelbooks of <Dark Waters>, <Apocalypse Now>, <Grind House>, and Wang Kar-wai's Remastering works.
2021 is coming to an end, and Christmas is already here. Thanks for the great support of the year.
Here, we have a short notice about the 2022 release.
Among Wang Kar-wai's remastering works, <Days of Being Wild> and <As Tears Go By> will be released as exclusive steelbooks in 2022.
Since there were many inquiries regarding these titles, and Wang Kar-wai's exclusive steelbooks released this year received a lot of love, so we decided to release <Days of Being Wild> and <As Tears Go By> as exclusive steelbooks.
In addition, the library titles of the Shinkai Makoto (5 CENTIMETER PER SECOND, The Place Promised In Our Early Days, The Voices of a Distant Star, The Garden of Words, and Children who Chase Lost Voices from Deep Below)
will be released in a full sleep outcase version.
We will notify you of the detailed production schedule and release date later.
